Return Policy

At Sahvee, we want your experience to be smooth and worry-free. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and refunds are handled:

Easy Returns (Size / Fit Issues)

  • Returns are accepted in case of size or fit issues.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • No exchanges are offered.

  • Sahvee will initiate the return process.

  • A mandatory ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns for Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, Sahvee takes full responsibility.

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Sahvee will initiate the return.

  • Only a ₹35 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds can be issued as:

    • Store Credit, or

    • Direct transfer to your bank account

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and quality-checked by our team.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Return requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Sahvee reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
