Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sahvee.com with a clear unedited video of the product.

Once verified:

• If the same size or variant is available, we will arrange an exchange.

• If the same size or variant is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

All requests are subject to quality checks to ensure fairness for both you and our artisans.
